Abstract:
An ionic conductivity test device, comprising a voltage/current test device and a test electrode. The test electrode comprises a bulk substrate, four through-holes are provided on the bulk substrate in a linear arrangement, four platinum wires are respectively inserted into the four through-holes, upper ends of the platinum wires are located outside the bulk substrate, lower ends of the platinum wires are located inside the bulk substrate, the linear arrangement refers to the axes of the four platinum wires being located on a same plane, and the four platinum wires are parallel to one another. The distance between end surfaces of the lower ends of the platinum wires and a lower surface of the bulk substrate is 0.1-2mm, and the insides of the through-holes between the end surfaces of the lower ends of the platinum wires and the lower surface of the bulk substrate are filled with an ionic conductor polymer. The test device solves the problem in the prior art of it being difficult to measure the ionic conductivity in an electron conductor. Using the test device and method to test the ionic conductivity in an electron conductor is an accurate method of measurement, and reflects the ionic conductance properties in the material. The present invention has advantages such as accurate testing, separation of electron conductance and ionic conductance, accurate temperature and humidity control, and good reproducibility. A test process is simplified, and measurement efficiency is increased.
