Abstract:
An ionic flexible touch sensor, comprising a plurality of conductive layers (11, 12, 13), a plurality of insulating layers (21, 22), and two packaging layers (31, 32). The plurality of conductive layers (11, 12, 13) are laminated; one insulating layer (21, 22) is laminated between every two conductive layers (11, 12, 13), and the two packaging layers (31, 32) are respectively packaged on the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the laminated conductive layers (11, 12, 13); the conductive layers (11, 12, 13) are made of an ionic conductive flexible gel material, and the insulating layers (21, 22) and the packaging layers (31, 32) are separately made of an insulating type high-molecular polymer material. The ionic flexible touch sensor can be integrated with a contact position measurement module and a contact pressure/tensile force detection module. A whole set of complete structural design and manufacturing technical solution for the ionic flexible touch sensor is provided, and a product has the advantages of high optical transparency, deep flexibility, low manufacturing costs, high position measurement resolution, high sensitivity and the like.
