Abstract:
The prey electrolyzing silver or gold stick in a cup with electrical power supplied, consisting of the cup, the silver or gold stick, the circuit plate, power connection part, and the spring for power connection part, wherein said silver or gold stick are prepared in concave type are attached to the inside of the cup; and wherein said cup attached by the silver or gold stick can be separated from the main body resulting in convenience for use. Furthermore, because the silver or gold stick are equipped in the bottom side of the cup, the electrolysing activity of the device in this invention is excellent sent invention relates to a ionizing device which can obtain silver or gold colloid.

Claims:
CLAIMS
1. An ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, which comprises: a cup 1 mounted with a gold or silver pole 2,21; a circuit plate 5 installed with a microcomputer, wherein if a power is applied to the inside of said cup 1, (+), () power sources are crossly supplied to gold or silver pole 2,21 being contacted with water, and when solubility of gold or silver is reached to a predetermined point, power supply is stopped; power connection parts 6,61 for supplying a power to said circuit plate 5 and said gold or silver pole 2,21; springs 7,71 for connecting said power connection parts 6,61 to said circuit plate 5; a power supply part 4 for supplying a power to said circuit plate 5; a cap 1 capable of covering tightly with said cup in a spiral from the top; and a main body 3.
2. The ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a voice punch part 10 installed with a speaker for sending a signal based on the concentration of gold or silver solution contained in said cup; . a switch 8 for turning power on/off to produce gold or silver solution ; a lamp 9 for displaying the condition of production of gold or silver solution and the time elapsed; and a main body 3 for integrating said power supply part 4, said lamp 9 and said voice punch part 10 into a case.

The ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole as claimed in claim 1, wherein a protrusion is formed at the lower side of the inner portion of said cup 1 and a groove is formed at the attaching portion of the top side of said main body, and thereby attaching and detaching of said cup and said main body is facilitated.
4. The ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole as claimed in claim 1, wherein said circuit plate is controlled such that it supplies the power to gold or silver pole alternately, one of gold or silver pole is supplied to (+) source and the other is supplied to () source, with the intervals of 35 minutes, 1836 V, and when the concentration of the gold or silver solution is reached to a predetermined level of 24 ppm, the supply of power is stopped.
5. The ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a timer for increasing or decreasing an operating time according to the time or number of pushing the power switch connected to said microcomputer.
6. The ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power connection parts for supplying power are respectively connected to the gold or silver pole 2,21,22,23 mounted within said cup to supply power alternately, by means of said circuit plate including said microcomputer.
Description:
IONIZATION DEVICE WHICH IS MOUNTED WITH GOLD POLE OR SILVER POLE TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an ionization device which is mounted with gold pole or silver pole, and more particularly, to an ionization device which gold or silver pole is capable of easily separating from the main body and of being conveniently cleaned, wherein a power is applied to a gold or silver pole mounted inside a cup, and by an electrolyzing activity of the silver or gold pole mounted at the bottom of the cup, a good quality of silver is changed in colloidal state.

BACKGROUND ART At present, as attention to the healthcare is increased, many researches, efforts and investments to a healthcare food are now continued.

Such healthcare foods include DHEA and melatonin, which may prevent the human from growing old. However, the healthcare foods cannot be easily manufactured and their price is too expensive.

Thus, the colloidal ionized solution prepared by dissolving gold or silver, was appeared. It was found that the ionized solution has an efficacy capable of curing a number of diseases, such as

conjunctivitis, gonorrhea, leprosy, inflammation of the lymphatic gland, pimple, etc.

Also, according to the experimental surveys from several institutes including UCLA medical college in the United States of America, it was found that the ionized solution has a great effect on curing all virus including AIDS. Also, the FDA approves the sale of the ionized solution, and thus the reliability of the solution becomes increased.

Since such colloidal solution is prepared by purifying pure silver of 99.9% purity, it is transparent and its preparation is simple.

However, there was a problem of inconvenience to use the conventional device for preparing the colloidal solution.

Also, since one of gold or silver pole is concentrately worn in the conventional device, a good quality of gold or silver solution can not be obtained, and thus the exchange time of the pole is reduced.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Therefore, in considering said problems in the art, the object of the present invention is devised to provide an ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, in which a gold or silver pole can be easily separated from the main body and the electrolyzing activity of the device is excellent.

The object of the present invention was achieved by providing an ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, which comprises: a cup of concave type mounted with a gold or silver pole ; a circuit plate installed with a microcomputer, wherein if a power is applied to the inside of the cup, (+), (-) power sources are crossly supplied to the gold or silver pole being contacted with water, and when the solubility of the gold or silver is reached to a predetermined point, the supply of power is stopped; power connection parts for supplying a power to the circuit plate and the gold or silver pole ; springs for connecting the power connection parts to the circuit plate ; a power supply part for supplying a power to the circuit plate ; a cap capable of covering tightly with the cup in a spiral from the top; and a main body.

Preferably, the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole further comprises: a voice punch part installed with a speaker for sending a signal based on the concentration of the gold or silver solution contained in the cup;

a switch for turning power on/off to produce the gold or silver solution; a lamp for displaying the condition of production of the gold or silver solution and the time elapsed ; and a main body for integrating the power supply part, the lamp and the voice punch part into a case.

In a preferred embodiment of the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, a protrusion is formed at the lower side of the inner portion of the cup and a groove is formed at the attaching portion of the top side of the main body, and thereby attaching and detaching of the cup and the main body is facilitated.

In another preferred embodiment of the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, the circuit plate is controlled such that it supplies the power to the gold or silver pole alternately, one of gold or silver pole is supplied to (+) source and the other is supplied to (-) source, with the intervals of 3-5 minutes, 18-36 V, and when the concentration of the gold or silver solution is reached to a predetermined level of 2-4 ppm, the supply of power is stopped.

In another preferred embodiment, the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole further comprises a timer for increasing or decreasing an operating time according to the time or number of pushing the power switch connected to the microcomputer.

In another preferred embodiment of the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, the power connection parts for supplying power are respectively connected to the gold or silver pole mounted within the cup to supply power alternately, by means of the circuit plate including the microcomputer.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Below, the example provides a more detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a view showing a structure of an ionization device mounted with gold or silver pole according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the ionization device mounted with gold or silver pole according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a cup in the ionization device mounted with gold or silver pole according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 4 is a plan view showing a gold or silver pole radially mounted at the surface of the cup, according to another embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole comprises: a cup 1 of concave type mounted with a gold or silver pole 2,2-1; a circuit plate 5 installed with a microcomputer, wherein if a power is applied to the inside of the cup 1, (+), (-) power sources are crossly supplied to gold or silver pole 2,2-1 being contacted with water, and when solubility of gold or silver is reached to a predetermined point, the supply of power is stopped; power connection parts 6,6-1 for supplying a power to the circuit plate 5 and the gold or silver pole 2,2-1;

springs 7,7-1 for connecting the power connection parts 6,6-1 to the circuit plate 5; a power supply part 4 for supplying a power to the circuit plate 5; a cap 1 capable of covering tightly with the cup in a spiral from the top; and a main body 3.

In the ionization device of the present invention, a protrusion is formed at the lower side of the inner portion of the cup 1 and a groove is formed at the attaching portion of the top side of the main body 3, and thereby attaching and detaching of the cup 1 and the main body 3 is facilitated.

Hereinbelow, the operation of the ionization device of the present invention will be explained.

First, when a power switch 8 is"ON", a microcomputer is operated such that it senses contents contained in the cup by measuring the purity of water and sending a current to the water, it senses a current other than a pre-inputted current and rings a sound, and it turns on a display lamp mounted with a LED lamp.

Next, the circuit plate is controlled such that it supplies the power to gold or silver pole alternately, one of gold or silver pole is supplied to (+) source and the other is supplied to (-) source, with the intervals of 3-5 minutes, 18-36 V, and when the concentration of the gold or silver solution is reached to a predetermined level of 2-4 ppm, the supply of power is stopped and a bell or melody is rung.

In the ionization device mounted with a gold or silver pole, a timer for increasing or decreasing an operating time according to the time or number of pushing the power switch connected to the microcomputer.

Also, in the ionization device of the present invention, the power connection parts for supplying power are respectively connected to the gold or silver pole 2,2-1,2-2,2-3 mounted within the cup to supply power alternately, by means of the circuit plate including the microcomputer.

The above examples are offered to illustrate this invention and are not meant to be construed in any way as limiting the scope of this invention. An expert in the art can sufficiently understand desirable examples of the present invention. Also, the range of the present invention must be decided by the following claims based on technical concept of the present invention.

INDUSTRIALAPPLICABILITY As explained through the above example, the silver or gold pole attached to the inside of the cup can be easily separated from the main body, resulting in convenience for use. Furthermore, since the silver or gold pole are equipped in the bottom side of the cup, the electrolyzing activity of the device in this invention is excellent, and thereby capable of obtaining silver or gold colloid.

Although the preferred embodiments of the invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
