CLAIMS

1. The invention is an IP68 isolation device (A), which allows the IP isolation level to be IP68 in additional connection modules (9) which electrically and mechanically connect the busbar modules (4) to each other and can be easily disassembled if desired; characterized in that comprises an upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) for IP protection by closing the four sides of said additional connection module (9), a lock fluid slot (6) formed on said upper IP cover (1), where the lock fluid injected into the IP68 isolation device (A) first enters said IP68 isolation device (A) to provide IP 68 protection, a lock fluid channel (7) located on said top, bottom and side IP cover (1 ,2,3), which allows both IP68 protection and easy disassembly without contacting the conductors in the busbar module (4) or additional connection module (9) and which is nested into the entering lock fluid from the lock fluid slot (6).

2. An IP68 isolation device (A) according to claim 1 ; comprises a gasket (8) positioned between said additional connection module (9) and the upper, lower and inner side of the two side IP covers (1 ,2,3) and allowing said lock fluid to remain in the lock fluid channel (7) without leaking out.

3. An IP68 isolation device (A) according to any of the preceding claims; said gasket (8) is ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.

4. An IP68 isolation device (A) according to any of the preceding claims; comprises, jointing apparatus (5) securing said upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) on each other to close the additional connection module (9).

Technical Field

The invention relates to IP68 isolation device for additional connection module in busbars used in energy distribution systems.

In particular, the invention relates to an IP68 device equipment which allows the IP isolation level to be IP68 at the point of interconnection of an electrical distribution system and can be easily disassembled if desired.

Background of the Invention

In today's energy distribution systems, modular compact conductors called busbar are used. Each conductor called busbar is more preferred because it has structures with a high current carrying capacity.

Electrical distribution and transport systems known as busbar are modular. Each busbar module is attached to the end of the line according to the route of the electrical line and forms the electric transport line. The modules are connected to each other by means of the so-called additional module.

The busbar add-on module connects the conductor rods in the busbar modules electrically and mechanically to each other and allows the line to continue.

In the additional connection module, the isolation process of busbar systems called IP68 is of great importance.

The IP protection classes have been developed by the European Committee for Electro-Technical Standards (CENELEC) to standardize the environmental resistance of enclosed electrical products. In general, it can consist of 2 and sometimes 3 digits, the first figure indicates the resistance to solids and materials, the second figure indicates the resistance to liquids (Water), and the third figure indicates the degree of resistance to mechanical influences.

One of the most severe requirements is the IP68 protection class. In the IP68 protection class, the first step from the left 6 means dust-proofing and the second step from the left 8 means permanent protection against pressurized water. For busbar systems, it is also very important to provide these two insulations. Therefore, it is necessary to provide IP68 isolation.

In the present embodiment, when an electrical distribution module is added to another module, the IP 68 level cannot be increased unless an additive is poured into it.

In order to reach the level of IP68, the product needs an expensive mix when using the dismountable material. However, it still has to be cast inside. Cleaning is also of great importance in the method of use of said disassembled material.

In the literature, PCT application WO 2015 171086 relates to the subject "The invention relates to additional modules for joining modules in electrical distribution systems known as cast resin busbars, where a high degree of IP68 sealing is required."

In said application, IP isolation is provided by casting an additional connection module which is used to connect the conductor rods in busbar systems. The insulating casting material is in contact with the conductive rod. This necessitates the complete breakage of the material for said disassembly.

In the literature, the Chinese utility model application CN206259676U is also concerned with the subject“utility model, in compact busbar systems of a high level of protection, busbar duct main part, busbar duct connector, sealing ring, upper connecting cover plate and lower connecting cover plate, Busbar duct the main part includes the busbar body and the female row and the upper connection cover plate is equipped with the 1 st permanent channel and the lower connection cover plate is equipped with the second permanent channel. The sealing ring which is part of the body is cuboid structure, the last housing permanent channel equipped with the sealing ring and the continuous channel of the body is mutually positioned with both interference fit. The fixed housing on the upper surface and the lower surface of the sealing ring has a protection level higher than IP65 and less than IP68.”

In said embodiment, the busbar system in which the sealing is provided by a cuboid seal is disclosed. However, the insulation level in this system is not IP68.

For the aforementioned reasons, a new IP68 isolation device was required for the additional connection module in the busbars.

Object of the Invention

From this position of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a new IP68 isolation device for the additional connection module in busbars which eliminates the present disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the IP isolation level to be IP68 without casting.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which can be easily disassembled if desired.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which eliminates the necessity of breaking the material when disassembling.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a much lower cost structure.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which can be easily assembled without any loss operation in cases where the line is to be maintained. It is a further object of the invention to provide a structure in which the cleaning process in detachable castings is not required.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention is illustrated only by examples which will have no limiting effect on a better understanding of the subject.

The invention is an IP68 isolation device (A), which allows the IP isolation level to be IP68 in additional connection modules (9) which electrically and mechanically connect the busbar modules (4) to each other and can be easily disassembled if desired; characterized in that comprises an upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) for IP protection by closing the four sides of said additional connection module (9), a lock fluid slot (6) formed on said upper IP cover (1 ), where the lock fluid injected into the IP68 isolation device (A) first enters said IP68 isolation device (A) to provide IP 68 protection, a lock fluid channel (7) located on said top, bottom and side IP cover (1 ,2,3), which allows both IP68 protection and easy disassembly without contacting the conductors in the busbar module (4) or additional connection module (9) and which is nested into the entering lock fluid from the lock fluid slot (6).

Figure 1 shows a mounted view of the IP68 isolation device (A) according to the invention.

Figure 2 shows a disassembled view of the IP68 isolation device (A) according to the invention.

Figure 3 shows a view of the lock fluid channel (7) in the IP68 isolation device (A) according to the invention.

IP isolation device (A) for additional connection module (9) which electrically and mechanically connect multiple busbar modules (4) contain the main parts that; an upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) for IP protection by closing the four sides of said additional connection module (9), a lock fluid slot (6) formed on said upper IP cover (1 ), where the lock fluid injected into the IP68 isolation device (A) first enters said IP68 isolation device (A) to provide IP 68 protection, a lock fluid channel (7) located on said top, bottom and side IP cover (1 ,2,3), which allows both IP68 protection and easy disassembly without contacting the conductors in the busbar module (4) or additional connection module (9) and which is nested into the entering lock fluid from the lock fluid slot (6), jointing apparatus (5) securing said upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) on each other to close the additional connection module (9) and a gasket (8) positioned between said additional connection module (9) and the upper, lower and inner side of the two side IP covers (1 ,2,3) and allowing said lock fluid to remain in the lock fluid channel (7) without leaking out.

Each busbar module (4) is attached to the end of the power line according to the route of the power line to form the power line. Said busbar modules (4) are connected to each other by means of an additional connection module (9). Said additional connection module (9) connects the busbar modules (4) to each other electrically and mechanically and ensures the continuation of the line.

In the operation of the invention, firstly the conductors in the busbar modules (4) are brought to the end and an additional connection module (9) is connected between them for electricity transmission. The gasket (8) are then mounted on the additional connection module (9) so that the IP68 protection fluid, called the lock fluid, does not leak from the lock fluid channel (7). After this process upper, lower and 2 side IP covers (1 ,2,3) are connected to each other by means of jointing apparatus (5). After checking the accuracy of the connection, said lock fluid is injected into the lock fluid channel (7) through the lock fluid slot (6) located in the middle of the upper IP cover (1 ). The lock fluid is allowed to rest for a short time and then the conductors can be energized. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said gasket (8) is ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.
