Abstract:
[Abstract] To provide an IPM motor for a vacuum pump which is suitable as the motor for a small vacuum pump.
[Problem] An IPM motor for a vacuum pump includes a rotor core into which a rotor shaft for a vacuum pump is pressed and a magnet is buried, and a stator core which is arranged to surround the rotor core and around which a stator wire is wound. A magnet to be buried into the rotor core is divided into two parts for each pole to be respectively inserted into magnet slots provided on the rotor core, while apertures for relaxing the stress concentration are provided on both sides of two magnet slots into which the magnet divided into two parts for each pole is inserted. Further, the rotor core has a multistage structure in which the rotor core is laminated vertically in the shaft direction of the rotor shaft, thereby positioning the skew angle of the vertically laminated rotor core by using the apertures for relaxing the stress concentration.
