Provided are an iris living-body detection method and a related product, the method comprising: using a visible light camera to acquire a first iris image (101); using an infrared camera to acquire a second iris image, wherein the first iris image and the second iris image are from the same target (102); performing feature extraction on the first iris image to obtain a first-type feature set (103); performing feature extraction on the second iris image to obtain a second-type feature set (104); and according to the first-type feature set and the second-type feature set, determining whether the target is a living body (105). In the method, a visible light camera and an infrared camera can be used to respectively acquire iris images, and feature extraction is performed on the two iris images; and according to the features of the two, whether irises come from a living body is determined, and living-body detection can be performed on the irises from a plurality of dimensions, so that the accuracy of living-body detection can be improved.
