Abstract:
Embodiments described here concern an iron of the manual type, and the corresponding assembly method. The iron comprises a base (12) provided with a heating plate (13) and a containing body (14) associated with the base (12). The iron also comprises a carrier support structure (16) provided with a lower portion (17) connected to said base (12), an upper portion (18) intended to define a handle (32) of the iron, and an intermediate portion (19) which structurally connects the lower portion (17) and the upper portion (18).
