Abstract:
An iron base rare earth alloy powder which comprises a first iron base rare earth alloy powder having an average particle diameter of 10 $g(m)m to 70 $g(m)m and having an aspect ratio of a particle thereof of 0.4 to 1.0 and a second iron base rare earth alloy powder having an average particle diameter of 70 $g(m)m to 300 $g(m)m and having an aspect ratio of a particle thereof of less than 0.3, wherein the above first iron base rare earth alloy powder and the above second iron base rare earth alloy powder is mixed in a mixing ratio within the range of 1.49 to 4.1. The above powder exhibits improved fluidity and can be used for providing a magnet compound having high fluidity.
