Abstract:
The present invention provides an iron-based amorphous/nanocrystalline alloy as shown in formula Fe(100-a-b-c-d-e)BaSibPcCdCue, wherein d+(b/c)=0.85-1.3, and a viscosity coefficient η is (3.0-8.0)*10-3 Pa/s. The present application further provides a preparation method for the iron-based amorphous/nanocrystalline alloy. According to the present application, the dynamic viscosity coefficient η is regulated by means of a change in the content of the elements in the alloy, such that the control range of the viscosity of molten steel is ensured, the molten steel has higher purity, and the continuity of casting and the surface quality of a strip are guaranteed.
