Abstract:
The inclusion of 0.01-5.0% by mass of oxide particles with an average particle diameter of 0.5μm or more in an iron-based mixed powder increases the liquidity of said iron-based mixed powder, improves the green density of the green compact, and greatly reduces the post compacting ejection force, thus improving the quality of goods and a reducing manufacturing costs.
