Abstract:
Provided is an iron-based sintered gear having high strength and high damping capacity. The iron-based sintered gear comprises an iron-based sintered body having a metal structure having a base hardness HV of 250 or more and a metal structure having a base hardness HV of less than 250, wherein a material B containing one or more selected from the group consisting of free graphite and resins, is provided in a pore portion of the iron-based sintered body.
