Abstract:
An iron-cobalt-based nanocrystalline alloy as shown by Formula (I) and a manufacturing method thereof. In Formula (I), 0.3≤x≤0.45, 70≤a≤78, 1.5≤b≤4, 12≤c≤18, 4≤d≤8, 0.5≤e≤2, and 0.3≤f≤1.2. M is one or more of Cr, V, Mo, Nb, and Zr. By means of adding the above elements and controlling the contents thereof, the iron-cobalt-based nanocrystalline alloy has the features of high squareness ratio, high magnetic permeability, low loss, and low coercivity. In the process of preparing the iron-cobalt-based nanocrystalline alloy, a two-step annealing process is used, thereby further reducing the coercivity, improving the magnetic permeability, and finally obtaining an iron-cobalt-based nanocrystalline alloy having excellent magnetic properties. (Fe 1-xCo x) aM bSi cB dC eCu f (Ⅰ).
