Abstract:
An iron controlling method and device thereof. The method includes: first step, keeping the iron output temperature at a higher temperature T1 suitable for working, second step, determining whether the iron is in use or not, if yes, performing first step, otherwise performing third step, third step, determining whether the iron rests in non-used condition beyond a certain time S1, if yes, performing fourth step, otherwise performing first step, and fourth step, keeping the iron output temperature at temperature T2 which is lower than T1. A power saving mode is specially provided according to the operating custom of user. When a long time (for example 5 minutes) non-used condition of the iron is detected, the iron is controlled so that the output temperature is reduced from the primary higher constant temperature (for example 200°C) to a lower constant temperature (for example 120°C). The iron base temperature can return to a higher preset temperature in a short time while the power consumption can be saved.
