Title:
IRON PHOSPHIDE NANOPARTICLES, AND COMPOSITE BODY AND REDUCTION CATALYST EACH CONTAINING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/200015
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides: iron phosphide nanoparticles which are stable in the atmosphere, and in which iron atoms are in a low valence state; a method for producing the iron phosphide nanoparticles; and a reduction catalyst. The present invention relates to iron phosphide nanoparticles which have peaks at diffraction angles (2θ ± 0.5°) of 48.3° and 32.7° in the powder X-ray diffractometry using a CuKα ray, wherein if measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), iron atoms contained therein have a peak within the range of 706.0 eV to 707.5 eV in the Fe2p3/2 spectrum.
