Abstract:
An iron powder recovery system based on a siliceous mixture, comprising a fluid stirring device, a swirler, a mixing pool, a reaction tank, a precipitation pool, a filtering pool, and a magnetic drum separator which are sequentially connected by means of pipelines. First, the fluid stirring device conveys a mixture comprising iron powders and silicon residues to the swirler by means of a pipeline, the swirler conveys particles discharged from an underflow opening to the mixing pool, the mixing pool conveys the mixture to the reaction tank, the mixture in the reaction tank is conveyed to the precipitation pool for precipitation, the precipitate in the precipitation pool is conveyed to a storage barrel, the liquid in the precipitation pool is conveyed to the filtering pool for filtering, the filtered liquid is conveyed to the magnetic drum separator, the solid obtained after filtering is conveyed to the storage barrel, and the magnetic drum separator conveys the held solid particles to the storage barrel. The method solves the problems of a waste of resources and environmental pollution due to the fact that iron in a ferrosilicon mixture in the existing industrial waste cannot be recycled.
