Abstract:
An ironing structure of a steam iron, the structure comprising a bottom plate (1), a heating plate (2) and a vaporization cover (3), wherein the top surface of the heating plate (2) is provided with a steam cavity (21), a plurality of vaporization cavities (22) and a conversion cavity (23); the bottom surface of the heating plate (2) is provided with a pressurizing cavity (26); and when water is injected, by means of a plurality of water injection ports (31), into the corresponding multiple vaporization cavities (22) and is evaporated into steam, the steam can be gathered in the steam cavity (21) and the steam enters the pressurizing cavity (26) for energy storage and pressurization, then the steam sequentially enters the conversion cavity (23) and an ironing cavity (11), and finally the steam is sprayed out from a plurality of steam spray holes (12) for ironing. The structural design not only ensures the spraying pressure of the steam, but also ensures the uniform heating and complete vaporization of the steam by means of making full use of the repeated heating of the heating plate (2), such that the spraying ironing temperature is uniform, and garments are prevented from being burned due to the temperature of the steam being too high. The ironing cavity (11) is composed of a hanging ironing cavity (111) which is provided at a front portion of the bottom plate, and a flat ironing cavity (112) which is provided at a middle portion and a rear portion of the bottom plate, and the opening and closing of the flat ironing cavity (112) can be controlled by means of a conversion switch (4) in the conversion cavity (23), such that the steam iron can simultaneously perform hanging ironing and flat ironing functions.
