Abstract:
An irregular pipe welding fixture, comprising a fixed pedestal (7) and a bottom plate mounted on the fixed pedestal by means of locking bolts (4). The front part of the fixture is provided with a front clamping device (1) matching a front pipe (8), the middle part of the fixture is provided with a box fixing device (5) matching a box (9), and the rear part of the fixture is provided with a rear clamping device (6) matching a rear pipe (10). The front end and the rear end of the box are abutted against the front pipe and the rear pipe, respectively. The box fixing device comprises a middle lifting frame (31) provided on the bottom plate. The middle lifting frame is provided with a box mounting base (32) matching the lower surface of the box and a clamping device matching the box. According to the irregular pipe welding fixture, the box fixing device capable of adjusting the height is adopted, and the height of the box can be adjusted, so that the box fixing device is abutted against an irregular pipe fixed on a pipe fixing device, and moreover, an enough welding space can be left, rotating is not required in the welding process, the good welding effect can be achieved, and the welding efficiency is high.
