Provided is an isocyanate production system 1 comprising a control device 10 that chooses energy generated by a biomass boiler 134, biomass methanol or carbon recycled methanol for use in a methanol decomposition device 150, a recycled oil or biomass oil for use in a carbon monooxide generation device 160, and a compound derived from a biomass raw material for use in a polyamine production device 140 such that the environmental impact value of an isocyanate compound derived from energy generated by boilers 130, methanol for use in the methanol decomposition device 150, an oil for use in the carbon monooxide generation device 160, and a polyamine compound raw material for use in the polyamine production device 140, becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value.
