Abstract:
An isolated nucleic acid, comprising at least one of a first, a second, and a third nucleic acid sequence cluster, the nucleic acid sequences in the first, the second, and the third nucleic acid sequence cluster respectively corresponding on a one-to-one basis to the sequences shown by SEQ ID NO: 1-110, SEQ ID NO: 111-299, and SEQ ID NO: 300-453, the sequence similarity between the sequences in the first, the second, and the third nucleic acid sequence cluster and the sequences corresponding thereto being no less than 90%. A method and an apparatus for determining the state of an individual by using said isolated nucleic acid. Compared to a healthy group, the present isolated nucleic acid is significantly enriched in a group of ankylosing spondylitis patients, and can be used as a marker to distinguish between a healthy group and a group of ankylosing spondylitis patients.
