Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an isolation method for a radio frequency power amplifier transmission line, and a transmission structure. The method comprises the following steps: setting a distance between two adjacent transmission lines on a chip substrate to be greater than 2.5 times of the width of the transmission lines, and arranging shielding lines at the inner sides and the outer sides, which correspond to each other, of the transmission lines; wrapping the outer wall of each transmission line with a permalloy skin; and wrapping the outer wall of the permalloy skin with an aluminum skin, wherein a plurality of grooves that are inwardly recessed and are of inverted triangular structures are formed on the outer wall of the aluminum skin at intervals. The present invention can enhance the degree of isolation between two adjacent transmission lines, enhance the degree of isolation between the transmission lines and the outside, and avoid the interference of parasitic capacitance, an induction magnetic field, and external electromagnetic waves on radio frequency signals transmitted by the transmission lines.
