Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an isolator that enables an efficient passage operation in large-volume culturing. [Solution] An isolator 10 includes a casing 11 having an operation chamber 31, legs 12 that support the casing 11, an operation surface 21 provided on the floor of the operation chamber 31, and a pair of half suits 15, 16 wearable by operators from below the floor and provided in the operation chamber 31 so as to be opposed to each other across the operation surface 21.
