Abstract:
An isooctyl acrylate esterification reaction system device. The device comprises a light alkane removal tower, a heavy alkane removal tower, a condenser, a reboiler, and a preheater. A preheater is provided on a feeding pipe at one side of the light alkane removal tower, and a branch connecting to the middle of the heavy alkane removal tower is split from a pipeline at the lower end of the light alkane removal tower connecting to the reboiler. A circulation pump is arranged on an inlet pipeline at the lower end of the reboiler. The inlet pipeline of the reboiler at the lower end of the heavy alkane removal tower is connected to a branch pipe leading to an evaporator. The upper end of the evaporator is connected to the condenser via a pipeline, and an outlet of the condenser is connected to a transfer pump. Condensed products from the condenser are transferred to a middle position of the heavy alkane removal tower via the transfer pump. One side of the evaporator is equipped with a steam inlet pipe and a steam condensate outlet pipe. A steam outlet pipe of the evaporator is connected to a heating inlet pipe of the preheater. A condensate outlet pipe of the preheater is connected to a circulating water tank. The present invention has advantages of a simple and ingenious design, appropriate use of all available resources, energy saving, reduction of production costs, high production efficiency, and good reaction effect.
