Abstract:
An isothermal compression preheating internal combustion engine, comprising: an acting cylinder (12) and compression cylinders (17, 18, 19); compression air coolers (4, 21) are disposed on the compression cylinders (17, 18, 19), and a regenerative heat exchanger (5) is disposed behind an exhaust valve (11) of the acting cylinder (12), compressed air of the compression cylinders (17, 18, 19) entering the acting cylinder (12) by means of the regenerative heat exchanger (5). Compression and action are completed in different cylinders, and by means of the multi-stage operation of the compression cylinders (17, 18, 19), air is isothermally compressed and then preheated by means of exchanging heat with exhaust gas before entering the dedicated acting cylinder. Thus, thermal efficiency of an engine is increased, energy waste is reduced, exhaust emissions are reduced, and air pollution is reduced while efficiency is increased.
