Abstract:
The solution provides an issue information processing method and device, a server and a medium, applicable to the field of information technology. The method comprises: receiving first issue information sent by a user terminal, and acquiring, by using a preset classifier, a classification attribute of the first issue information; sending, according to the classification attribute of the first issue information, the first issue information to a related user terminal, wherein the related user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the classification attribute of the first issue information; receiving solution information returned by the related user terminal, and sending the solution information to the user terminal sending the first issue information and each related user terminal. The application can provide solutions to service issues of staff or common office issues in a timely manner, improving efficiency of staff.
