Abstract:
Disclosed are an item of human body thermal protective clothing for delivery men using phase change materials and a method therefor, which belongs to the field of individual protection. An item of passive thermal protective clothing is made by utilizing the properties of the phase change reaction of Na2SO4·10H2O, while an auxiliary and a nucleating agent are also added thereto to prolong the phase change cycle and makes same possess a higher latent heat. An item of protective clothing (17) is combined with a detachable arm guard, and the phase change material module is uniformly arranged on the protective clothing (17) and the arm, which guarantees that delivery men can have a good thermal comfort in the high-temperature operating environment experienced during summer. When the human body temperature and the external temperature reach the phase transition temperature, Na2SO4·10H2O turns into a liquid state from a solid state, and absorbs the heat from the protective clothing (17) during the phase change process; and after the phase change is finished, the temperatures of the protective clothing (17) and the human body decrease, ensuring the thermal comfort balance of the human body. Furthermore, the detachable arm guard can meet the hand thermal protection needs of delivery men, and the wrist part of the arm guard is designed with an elastic band, which can be retracted freely to reduce the amount of environmental heat entering the interior of the arm guard, thereby ensuring the comfort for a human body.
