Abstract:
An item recommendation method according to one embodiment causes a computer to execute: a process for categorizing items, among a plurality of items that are compared with each other, into the same category; a process for calculating a co-occurrence probability of items combined with items that belong to a prescribed category on the basis of use history information indicating the combination of items, used by a user in the past; and a process for outputting recommended items to a category to which items selected by the user belong on the basis of the calculated co-occurrence probability.
