Abstract:
A jack device that is reduced in height, size, and costs and whose maintenance
is facilitated. The jack device is used for pressing machines etc. requiring
high speed at low drive force and high drive force at low speed and uses two-way
discharge pump means, or a fluid source of a direct-drive volume (DDV) system,
without using a power unit constructed from a pump, control valve, etc. The jack
device has a double cylinder (2), first valve means (3), second valve means (4),
and the two-way discharge pump means (5). Specifically, two large and small cylinders
(A, B) are arranged in an inside-outside relationship to form the double cylinder
(2). The first valve means (3) and the second valve means (4) are installed so that
the single two-way discharge pump means (5) is sufficient. The first and second
valve means (3, 4) are installed on the outside of the double cylinder (2).
