Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of fabrics, and in particular, to a jacquard process mesh featuring flower comb sandwich jacquard lace, and a manufacturing method therefor. The mesh comprises a mesh body that is integrally woven by a warp knitting machine, and the mesh body sequentially comprises a layered structure of, from bottom to top: a bottom base layer, a warp-knit comb connection layer, a jacquard layer, and a flower comb jacquard layer. The flower comb jacquard layer is provided with a weft inlay fabric; the weft inlay yarn of the weft inlay fabric is only wound at two ends around a root portion of a coil formed by a second warp-knit base fabric and a third warp-knit base fabric; and the extension line of the weft inlay yarn of the weft inlay fabric is not clamped by other yarn, and floats on the uppermost layer of the surface of the mesh to form a jacquard texture. The sandwich mesh of the present invention has good air permeability, wrinkle resistance, shape retention, and a strong 3D volume impression. The overall unique jacquard effect of the fabric has a more exquisite design, the texture is light and thin, and the layered aesthetics of the "flower" and "ground" of the lace product are highlighted, breaking through restrictions of mesh currently on the market.
