Abstract:
A jacquard warp tension device for a warp knitting machine comprising a pair of side plates (1) arranged on the two sides of a machine body, a warp beam (2) positioned at the upper part of the side plate (1), warp guide rods (3, 4, 5) arranged below the warp beam (2) and a spring piece warp dividing device (16), an upper tension balance device (6) and a lower tension balance device (11) are arranged between the warp beam (2) and the warp guide rods (3, 4, 5), the upper tension balance device (6) comprises an upper rotating shaft (7) with the two ends arranged on the side plates (1), an upper servo motor (8) arranged at one end of the upper rotating shaft (7) and an upper tension rod (9) fixedly arranged on the upper rotating shaft (7) by an upper connecting rod (10), the lower tension balance device (11) comprises a lower rotating shaft (12) with the two ends arranged on the side plates (1), a lower servo motor (13) arranged at one end of the lower rotating shaft (12) and a lower tension rod (14) fixedly arranged on the lower rotating shaft (12) by a lower connecting rod (15), the upper servo motor (8) and the lower servo motor (13) are connected with an industrial computer (17) by a servo driver (19), respectively. The device controls the warp tension actively, and has a high compensation degree with the yarns being not easy to break, and the surfaces of woven fabrics are smooth.
