JACKSCREW TECHNICAL FIELD The present device relates to a jackscrew for lifting a lower part of a vehicle body for exchanging tires orrepairing the vehicle body, and more particularly to, a jackscrew which is positioned at a jackscrew point at the lower part of the vehicle body and rises up instantly.

In more detail, the jackscrew is lifted as simultaneously pressing and pushing a shoulder holding housing and a shoulder holding pressing pin with a hand while holding an end part of a center shaft of the jackscrew with the other hand when the jackscrew is positioned on the ground immediately below a jackscrew point of a vehicle. Or, as a shoulder holding pressing pin is pressed by the tension force of a tension spring, the tension spring pushes a fixing plate of the tension spring and the force is transmitted to upper and lower arms of the jackscrew by a jackscrew tension pin, so that the jackscrew arms become rising up like an automatic umbrella, thereby placing a fixture of the jackscrew at the jackscrew point on the lower part of the vehicle body.

The conventional jackscrews are usually positioned under a vehicle body and a handle 15 of the jackscrew is used 5 from the beginning, so that the jackscrew becomes vibrating until the jackscrew is fixed to the lower part of the vehicle due to the movement generated by the rotation of the handle.

BACKGROUND ART 10 Therefore, the related art jackscrew has disadvantages that it is very inconvenient to precisely fix the jackscrew to the jackscrew point and, accordingly, detachment of the jackscrew from the jackscrew point is also complicated.

15 DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Accordingly, the present device is directed to a jackscrew whose a jackscrew fixture is positioned at a jackscrew point of a vehicle instantly by pressing and 20 pushing a shoulder holding housing and a shoulder holding pressing pin with a hand while holding an end part of a jackscrew rotating shaft with the other hand after positioning the jackscrew at the jackscrew point on a lower part of a vehicle body.

5 As described hereinabove, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily make a jackscrew adhered closely to a jackscrew point at a lower part of a vehicle for such a case of repair, thereby improving the convenience of the use of the jackscrew.

5 As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, a jackscrew according to the present invention includes an end part 1 of a center shaft of the jackscrew, which is formed with a handle holding groove 2, shoulder holding housings 7 formed with a center shaft guide groove 14 in the center to be inserted by the 10 center shaft and a pressing pin guide groove 30 in the center perpendicularly to the center shaft guide groove, a shoulder holding pressing pin 3 formed with a bent shoulder at an upper end part and a shoulder holding groove 12, and a rotating center shaft 9 connected to the end part of the 15 center shaft of the jackscrew via separation preventing shoulders, which prevent separation of the shoulder housings, and formed with shoulder holding grooves 10 at regular intervals, wherein the shoulder holding pressing pin is inserted into the pressing pin guide groove in such a 20 manner that the bent shoulder and a tension spring positioned below the bent shoulder are positioned at an upper end part of bearings to be elastically supported.

The shoulder holding groove 12 of the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 has an upper part and a lower part with 5 different width, so that a larger width part is positioned to be in accordance with the center shaft guiding groove 14 of the shoulder holding housing 7 when the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 is pressed. On the other hand, the other part is separated from the shoulder holding groove 10 of the 10 rotating center shaft 9, thereby moving the shoulder holding housing back and forth while the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 is pressed.

At this time, the bearings are positioned between the shoulder holding housing 7 and a pair of upper and lower 15 arms20,22 of the jackscrew which are folded by a connection pin 6, so that the shoulder holding housing 7 is easily pulled or pushed, wherein the bearings 8 come in contact with the shoulder holding housing 7.

Therefore, if the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 is 20 pressed while grasping the shoulder holding housing 7 in a hand and holding the end part 1 of the rotating shaft with the other hand, then the tension spring 4 is pressed as the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 becomes lowered and the 5 shoulder holding groove of the rotating center shaft is separated from the narrower part of the shoulder holding groove of the shoulder holding pressing pin 3, moving the shoulder holding housing. After that, the upper and lower arms of the jackscrew are folded, easily positioning a 10 fixture 19 at a jackscrew point of a vehicle.

In the state, if the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 is released, the pressed tension spring 4 becomes restored to an initial state and the shoulder holding groove 10 of the rotating center shaft 9 becomes fitted and fixed into the 15 narrower part of the shoulder holding groove 12 of the shoulder holding pressing pin 3.

Under the circumstances, if a hook 21 of the jackscrew handle 15 is inserted and turned in a jackscrew handle holding groove 2 that is formed in the end part 1 of the 20 rotating shaft, the vehicle becomes lifted by an external screw 16 of the rotating center shaft.

As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shoulder 5 holding pressing pin 3 is touched once for lifting the jackscrew like an automatic umbrella instead of pressing and pushing the shoulder holding housing 7 and the shoulder holding pressing pin 3. Further, the tension spring housing 17 is integrally formed with a tension spring fixing plate 25 10 under the state that other tension springs 24 are received in the tension spring housing 17, and the tension spring housing 25 is integrated with the bearings 8.

The tension spring fixing plate 25 is mounted with a jackscrew arm tension pin 27 to be connected to the upper and 15 lower jackscrew arms 20,22 for helping the lifting or lowering of the jackscrew.

Therefore, the tension springs 24 received in the tension spring housing 17 are in a tensed state before use, so that the tension springs 24 automatically move forward 20 when the shoulder holding pressing pin 3 is pressed, thereby instantly positioning the fixture 19 of the jackscrew at the jackscrew point of the vehicle.

The jackscrew arm tension pin 27 is inserted into a 5 tension spring fixture 26 of the tension spring fixing plate 25 to move, as shown in Fig. 8, wherein the jackscrew arm tension pin 27 is not fully fixed but freely movable in the tension pin fixture 26, so that the force generated by the operation of the tension spring properly prevents the 10 bending or deflection of the jackscrew arm tension pin 27.
