Abstract:
A jaw breaker comprises a base (1), a frame (2) mounted on the base (1) by means of shock absorbers (3), two crushing jaws (4) suspended by means of shafts (5) on the frame (2) and each provided with its own vibrogenerator (6) suspended by means of a torsion bar (7) on the frame (2) and with an elastic unit (8) for transmission of the forces from the vibrogenerator (6) to said crushing jaw (4). Each elastic unit (8) for transmission of the forces from the vibrogenerator (6) to the crushing jaw (4) consists of a hinged two-link element (9), the links (11, 12) of said hinged two-link element (9) being interconnected through an elastic element (10) whose rigidity is less than that of the torsion bar (7) on which is suspended the vibrogenerator (6).
