A clamping part is arranged on the flange body, and contact lines of clamping bodies are reversibly moved relative to each other after abutment against a clamping surface of workpieces during a feed motion of the clamping bodies in a direction of the clamping surfaces. An abutment part (is provided in a region between the clamping bodies, and includes a bearing surface in a direction of the clamping surfaces, where the bearing surface defines one of the lines. Clamping jaw for a jaw chuck for clamping workpieces with partly spherical clamping surfaces on manually operated, semi-automated or fully automated machine tools (claimed) e.g. lathes. The jaw clamps the workpieces with the partly spherical clamping surfaces on the machine tools in safe, rapid, accurate and cost-effective manner. The jaw is efficient to use and inexpensive, and saves time.

The slewing ring grease assembly includes a bulkhead fitting having a flange and a shaft, the shaft extends through a hole in the bulkhead attached to the slewing ring such that the shaft extends over the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. The bulkhead fitting flange is secured to the bulkhead on a side opposite the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. A passage through the bulkhead fitting is provided which is capable of delivering grease through the bulkhead fitting and onto the internal gear teeth of the slewing ring. The grease assembly may include a wall fitting extending through a wall of housing supporting the bulkhead and a connecting tube capable of delivering grease from the wall fitting to the passage of the bulkhead fitting.

A disadvantage of the known devices is the fact that they either require an external electrical supply or the use of physical force. The presented device, thanks to a ratchet mechanism, greatly simplifies the use of a grabber. Physical force is required to close the arms only in the early stage of clamping. The ratchet allows the user to have a constant grip on the grabbed object, and can be release with one button.

The described invention is distinguished by ease of use, as well as the speed and precision of fixing/grabbing of construction elements.

The jaw grabber according to the invention is characterised in that the body includes a shaft with trapezoidal thread, whereas the shaft is led through a trapezoidal nut and engages with it. A handle is mounted at one end of the shaft, and a connector with adapters at the other. The arms of the grabber are indirectly fixed with steel studs to the body and to the adapters. The left and right foot attached to both arms of the grabber constitute its grabbing element.

In the second aspect of the invention, the jaw grabber according to the invention is characterised in that the body includes a shaft with a gear, whereas the shaft is led through a trapezoidal nut and engages with it. A handle is mounted at one end of the shaft, and a connector with adapters at the other. The arms of the grabber are indirectly fixed with steel studs to the body and to the adapters. The left and right foot attached to both arms of the grabber constitute its grabbing element.

The above solutions, thanks to their simple design and ease of use, increase the reliability, the mechanical efficiency of the system and the conditions of its use.

The subject of the invention is shown as an embodiment, in which Fig. 1 shows a design of the grabber in the first aspect of the invention (main view) in the closed position, Fig. 2 - shows a design of the grabber in the first aspect of the invention (main view) in the open position, Fig. 3 - cross-section of the grabber in the first aspect of the invention, Fig. 4 - the grabber in the first aspect of the invention, side view, Fig. 5 - the grabber in the first aspect of the invention, isometric view from the top, closed position, Fig. 6- the grabber in the first aspect of the invention, isometric view from the top, open position, Fig. 7 - design of the grabber in the second aspect of the invention (main view form the left), closed position, Fig. 8 - shows a design of the grabber in the second aspect of the invention (main view from the left) in the open position, Fig. 9 - cross-section of the grabber in the second aspect of the invention, Fig. 10 - the grabber in the second aspect of the invention, side view, Fig. 11 - shows a design of the grabber in the second aspect of the invention (main view from the right) in the closed position, Fig. 12 and Fig. 13 - the grabber in the second aspect of the invention, isometric view from the top, open position, Fig. 14 and Fig. 15 - the grabber in the second aspect of the invention, isometric view from the top, closed position. Embodiment 1

The base of grabber consists of a body (3), which holds the trapezoidal nut (9), through which a shaft with trapezoidal thread (2) is led. One end of the shaft (2) includes a permanently fixed first handle (1), and the other includes a connector (5), which is fixed via a ball joint (10) and to which adapters (6) are fixed with steel studs and in an articulated manner. Both arms (7) (right and left) of the grabber are connected in an articulated manner with the body and the adapters. At the ends of the grabber arms (7) rubber feet (8) are attached in an articulated manner. The second handle (4) is also directly connected to the body.

It is driven by the rotation of the shaft with the trapezoidal thread (2) via the trapezoidal nut. Rotating the shaft (2) advances it, which makes the grabber arms (7) spread apart. The mutually parallel movement of the jaws is achieved thanks to the symmetrical arrangement of the moving parts (connector (5), adapters (6), grabber arms (7)). The move of the shaft with the trapezoidal thread (2) in the right direction clamps the handle. The move in the left direction releases the handle.

Embodiment 2

The base of grabber consists of a body (3'), which holds the trapezoidal nut (9') with the pin (11), through which a shaft with a gear (2 1 ) is led. One end of the shaft (2') includes a permanently fixed first handle ( ), and the other includes a connector (5'), and to which adapters (6 1 ) are fixed with steel studs and in an articulated manner. Both arms (7') (right and left) of the grabber are connected in an articulated manner with the body and the adapters. At the ends of the grabber arms rubber feet (8') are attached in an articulated manner. The handle (4') is also directly connected to the body.

It is driven by the rectilinear movement of the shaft with the gear (2') via the trapezoidal nut. Rotating the shaft (2') advances it, which makes the grabber arms (7') spread apart. The mutually parallel movement of the jaws is achieved thanks to the symmetrical arrangement of the moving parts (connector (5'), adapters (6'), grabber arms (7')). The movement of the shaft with the gear (2'), after grabbing an object, is locked by steel pin (11) fixed via plates (12) onto the body (3'). Unlocking the pin (11) releases the handle.

The grabber is suitable to grab various elements of different sizes. The ratchet mechanism allows the user to set the grip depending on the object and to adjust the clamping force.

The gripper can be easily disassembled and cleaned. All the components of the device are fixed via screws and nuts. When the handle is taken off, the internal shaft with a gear can be removed from the bottom of the device. The components can be cleaned by rinsing them with water.
