Abstract:
A jet-printing assembly includes an arm device and a wrist device connected with each other. The arm device is provided with a top jetting device and a side jetting device. The top jetting device is comprised of a top jetting assembly, a top jetting sensor, a spraying gun for top jetting, and a cylinder. The side jetting device is comprised of a side jetting assembly, a side jetting sensor and a spraying gun for side jetting. The wrist device includes a robot wrist, a servo motor, and an adapter for an encoder. An outer cover is provided outside of the robot wrist. The jet-printing assembly provided by the present invention fulfils top jetting and side jetting simultaneously using one arm device and achieves a coincidence between the top jetting track with the side jetting track. It has a simple structure. It is suitable for higher operating environment temperature and higher coil temperature. Furthermore, it meets the requirement about shorter rolling cycle.
