Abstract:
A jig assembly mechanism comprises a first jig (1), a second jig (2) and a jig installation plate (3). At least one first jig (1) and at least one second jig (2) are installed at the jig installation plate (3). Two jig assembly mechanisms can be connected together. When the jig assembly mechanisms are connected, the first jig (1) and the second jig (2) are connected to each other. The first jig (1) is provided with a guide post (11) for guiding and positioning in a connection process. The second jig (2) has a guide recess (21) for guiding and positioning in a connection process. The invention solves technical problems in the prior art in which jigs used in manual dispensing and curing operations are unable to meet requirements of automated production and not appropriate for automatic transport, occupy large spaces, and have low productivity and efficiency.
