Abstract:
Disclosed is a bladder-type jig which can effectively suppress changes in the shape of a prepreg, is ideal for use in the production of stiffened panel structures which have adopted hat-type stringers, and which has a durability that enables the jig to be used a greater number of times. Specifically, a main body section (11) of a bladder is configured from a tubular section (14) and a coating film (15), which coats the outer surface of the tubular section. The tubular section (14) is the 'main body' of the main body section (11) and the cross-section thereof is formed from a silicone rubber composition so as to be a trapezoidal tube. The edge sections at both sides of an exposed wall section (11b), which corresponds to the lower base of the cross-section, are thick edge sections (11d) that are thicker than other wall sections. These thick edge sections (11d) support the exposed wall section (11b) from the inner surface side of the main body section (11), and thus are able to effectively suppress concave deformation of the exposed wall section (11b).
