Abstract:
A jig for the production of a car roller blind frame, comprising a quick-change mounting plate (1) and a take-out bottom plate (18). The quick-change mounting plate is mounted with an embedded bottom plate (2); a nut pick-and-place unit is mounted on the embedded bottom plate; the embedded bottom plate and the take-out bottom plate are connected into a shape of Z by means of a transfer plate; a part pick-and-place unit is mounted on the take-out bottom plate; the nut pick-and-place unit and the part pick-and-place unit are located on the same side of the quick-change mounting plate. The pick-and-place positions of parts and nuts are more reliable by providing the part pick-and-place unit and the nut pick-and-place unit; the time in a production process is more stable; production efficiency is improved; and production cost is lowered.
