Abstract:
A job manpower forecasting method, comprising: acquiring, from a human resource system server, current recruitment requirement information, the current target premium increase speed and a current cost rate value corresponding to each job category in a set of categories of jobs to be filled; acquiring a benchmark premium corresponding to the current target premium increase speed from a premium system server; carrying out calculation according to the current target premium increase speed and the benchmark premium to obtain a current target premium corresponding to each job category; carrying out calculation according to the current target premium and the current cost rate value corresponding to each job category to obtain the current target cost corresponding to each job category; and according to the current recruitment requirement information, the current target premium and the current target cost respectively corresponding to each job category in the job category set, using a trained manpower forecasting model to obtain the amount of currently required manpower corresponding to each job category.
