Abstract:
This joined body comprises an insulation member that includes a ceramic, and a retaining member that surrounds the insulation member and has an enlarged-diameter part in which the inside diameter is enlarged. The joined body also has a contact part at which the outer-side surface of the insulation member and the inner-side surface of the retaining member contact one another, and a first brazing part that joins the outer-side surface of the insulation member and the inner-side surface of the retaining member. The contact part and the first brazing part are positioned sandwiching the enlarged-diameter part.
