Abstract:
A copper/graphene joined body has such a structure that a copper member comprising copper or a copper alloy and a graphene-containing carbonaceous member containing a graphene assembly are joined to each other, wherein an active metal carbide layer comprising a carbide of one or more active metals selected from Ti, Zr, Nb and Hf is formed on the graphene-containing carbonaceous member side between the copper member and the graphene-containing carbonaceous member, and a Mg solid solution layer in which Mg is dissolved in a solid state in a Cu matrix phase is formed between the active metal carbide layer and the copper member.
