Abstract:
In this invention, when a first laminating member and a second laminating member are laminating together under a vacuum atmosphere with a laminating resin material interposed therebetween to produce a joined body, the shifting of the laminating position is prevented, and application of an excessive load against the first and second laminating members and the laminating resin material is suppressed.
The invention comprises: a step of laminating together the first laminating member 2 supported by a first laminating plate 11 and the second laminating member 3 supported by a second laminating plate 12, under vacuum atmosphere, with the laminating resin material 6 interposed therebetween, at a predetermined laminating pressure; a step of reducing the laminating pressure in a state where the first and second laminating members 2, 3 are sandwiched by the first and second laminating plates 11, 12; a step of changing the atmosphere to atmospheric pressure; and a step of releasing the laminating pressure applied against the first and second laminating members 2, 3.
