Abstract:
Provided is a joined body comprising a piezoelectric substrate and a spinel polycrystalline substrate provided on one main face of the piezoelectric substrate, wherein: T1/T2, which is the ratio of the average thickness T1 of the piezoelectric substrate and the average thickness T2 of the spinel polycrystalline substrate, is no more than 0.1; and, said spinel polycrystalline substrate has a TTV of no more than 1.5 μm for a main face thereof which contacts the piezoelectric substrate.
