Abstract:
Provided is a joining structure (20) of a ceramic member and a metallic member which joins a ceramic member (50) and a metal member (32a, 32b) of a device (10) disposed in a position through which gas passes, wherein: the structure (20) comprises a joining portion (21a, 21b) that joins the ceramic member and metallic member; the joining portion includes a glass portion (22a, 22b) composed of glass, and a brazing metal material portion (23a, 23b) composed of a brazing metal material having a higher corrosion resistance to gas than glass; and an area of the brazing metal material portion that comes into contact with the gas is greater than an area of the glass portion that comes into contact with the gas.
