Abstract:
A joint connector to which a plurality of wire harnesses are connected, thereby joining the plurality of wire harnesses, said joint connector comprising sub-connectors into which connectors of the plurality of wire harnesses are inserted, a housing inside which the sub-connectors are provided, a plurality of joint terminals arranged in parallel in a protruding state inside the housing and connected to each connector of the plurality of wire harnesses, and a relay unit that is provided inside the housing and is connected to the plurality of joint terminals, wherein the relay unit performs relay control of data, which is transmitted from onboard ECUs or onboard sensors connected to the plurality of wire harnesses, between the plurality of joint terminals on the basis of information included in the data.
