Abstract:
In the present invention, when a joint of a finger fitted with a master device (500) is put into an extended state, a first notch (CU1) in a leading end part of a first pipe-shaped member (621j,m) closes and forms a closed state, and an internal space of the first pipe-shaped member (621j,m) and an internal space of an storage member (620j,m) are separated from each other. In addition, a second notch (CU2) in a leading end part of a second pipe-shaped member (622j,m) forms a V-shaped opening, and an internal space of the second pipe-shaped member (622j,m) and an internal space of the storage member (620j,m) are caused to communicate with each other. In this communicating state, air inside bellows (342j,m) is expelled by a vacuum pump (912) via a pipe (821j,m), the storage member (620j,m), and the second pipe-shaped member (622j,m), and the bellows (3421,m) contract. As a result, a joint of a finger fitted with a joint movement assistance device (200) enters an extended state. Thus, joint movement can be appropriately assisted.
