Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a joint structure in which the joint strength is further enhanced, including enhancement of the joint strength against pressures in radial directions, as well as a catheter having said joint structure. [Solution] In a joint structure between a tubular member 3 formed of a resin and a tubular member 5 formed of the resin, joint surfaces between the tubular member 3 and the tubular member 5 are irregularly shaped in longitudinal directions along circumferences thereof, and, in a cross-sectional view, one of the tubular member 3 and the tubular member 5 is formed so as to be fitted into the other tubular member in a region other than the two ends of the other tubular member.
