A joint and supporting pin assembly comprises an inner sleeve (2), an outer sleeve (1), a supporting pin (3) and an elastic body (4) provided between the inner sleeve (2) and the outer sleeve (1). Supporting pin rigid holding baffles (5) are added on the two ends of the supporting pin (3). A rigid annular limit baffle (11) that can move radially is provided on the inner side of the outer sleeve (1) and the rigid annular limit baffle (11) extends towards the outer side of the inner sleeve (2). A rigid movable baffle (6) that can move radially is provided between the supporting pin rigid holding baffles (5) and the elastic body (4). The rigid movable baffle (6), the supporting pin rigid holding baffles (5) and the elastic body (4) are interlaced axially. The rigid movable baffle (6) and the outer sleeve (1) are interlaced radially. The joint and supporting pin assembly according to the invention can prevent the elastic body (4) from being overdue pressed and falling off. The individual elastic body (4) can vibrate up and down, at the same time the elastic body (4) can vibrate left and right. The structure of the joint and supporting pin assembly according to the invention has relative closed configuration, high rigid, better stability and long service life.
