Abstract:
A purpose of the present technology is to provide a method for accurately judging cognitive dysfunction, cognitive decline, or the risk of either of the same. The present technology provides a judgment supporting information generating method that includes an index value calculating step for calculating, based on the levels of two or more biomarkers contained in a biological sample derived from a human, (I) a first index value showing the existence of cognitive dysfunction or cognitive decline in the human and (II) a second index value showing the degree of progression of cognitive dysfunction or cognitive decline in the human and a supporting information generating step that generates information supporting cognitive dysfunction, cognitive decline, or the risk of either of the same based on the first index value and the second index value.
