Abstract:
A jump rope exercise apparatus is disclosed. The jump rope exercise apparatus comprises: a rope having a circumferential part extending in a wound state forming a thread shape from one side thereof to the other side thereof; two handles to which both ends of the rope are connectedly fixed; stopping and supporting pieces arranged inside the handles and having supporting holes formed such that the ends of the rope can be inserted therein; and a rotary fixing piece having a fixing part corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the circumferential part of the rope, and formed to fasten the circumferential part of the rope, in a pressed state, with the fixing part so as to fix the rope to the stopping and supporting pieces.
