Title:
JUMP TRAINING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/193681
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEM] To achieve efficient jump training that adequately utilises tendon tissue elasticity without requiring excessively complex training. [SOLUTION] Provided is a jump training method characterised by comprising: a first step for fitting a first electrode to a position corresponding to the end proximal to the gastrocnemius muscle on the rear surface of a person's calf; a second step for fitting a second electrode to a position corresponding to the end distal from the person's gastrocnemius muscle, said second electrode having a different polarity to the first electrode; and a third step for making the person jump whilst performing electric stimulation by using the first and second electrodes.
