Abstract:
A Kalman filter-based vortex flowmeter anti-transient shock interference signal processing system, comprising a forward input conditioning circuit module, a digital signal processing module, a system output module, a power conversion circuit module, and Kalman filter-based vortex flowmeter anti-transient shock interference signal processing method software. A vortex flow signal is converted by a piezoelectric sensor into a charge signal for outputting, the outputted signal sequentially goes through a charge amplifier, a voltage amplifier, a low-pass filter, and a voltage follower, then enters an ADC unit in a MSP430F5418 microcontroller, and then is sampled and converted by the ADC into a digital signal; the digital signal is processed by the MSP430F5418 microcontroller employing a Kalman filter-based vortex flowmeter anti-transient shock interference signal processing method to obtain the frequency of the vortex flow signal, thus obtaining the flow rate of a fluid; and then, the frequency of the vortex signal and the value of the flow rate are displayed in real-time on an LCD via the output module. Also provided is the Kalman filter-based vortex flowmeter anti-transient shock interference signal processing method.
